The newest Borniak BBQ smokehouse electric Smoker has been designed for users who do not need a large-capacity smokehouse. You can begin with this smoker and smoke up to 10 kg of meat, fish, sausages or veggies, and fruits. It’s a great BBQ smokehouse smoker for smoking beginners; you don’t need to know much about smoking meats or fish. It’s really easy, you just set the temperature of smoking and fill the smoke generator up with wood chips (included in the box).
Universal Smoking offers the possibility of both cold and hot smoking, providing a unique smoky flavour. (Note: For cold smoking, the use of a Cold Smoking Attachment is required.) This flexibility lets you experiment and create a variety of delicious smoked foods, whether you prefer a gentle cold smoke or a hot, hearty flavour.
The Controller's precision, thanks to the electronic thermostat, ensures temperature control up to 150°C, and its easy knob adjustment makes operation intuitive. Safety features such as automatic shut-off timers and secure locking mechanisms help ensure safe and reliable use for all users.
